Advanced Course in Sustainable Development Law 2026

For the academic year 2025/2026, the University of Genoa offers the Advanced Course in “Sustainable Development Law” - 2nd edition (6th edition of the Summer School), organised in collaboration with Asteria - Research Centre on Sustainable Development Law, established within the Department of Political and International Sciences.

The course will take place from July 13th to July 17th, 2026 and aims to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of the objectives and challenges of ecological and social transition, also with reference to their impact on businesses and public administrations in the region.

In particular, this year’s programme focuses on the following topics:

  • The principle of sustainable development
  • Corporate sustainability
  • The energy transition
  • Legal instruments for sustainability
  • Public administration and sustainable development

You can enroll in the course for free and obtain a certificate of attendance upon completion.

Lectures will be held at the University of Genoa, Via Balbi 5 - AULA MAZZINI.
Round tables will take place at the Fondazione Carige, Via Chiossone 10, from Monday July 13th to Friday July 17th, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
