Once again this year, UniGe and Aliseo are participating in Green Food Week, a national initiative dedicated to promoting sustainable food choices and reducing the environmental impact of institutional food service. This awareness-raising campaign aims to transform mealtime into a daily act that can make a difference for the climate and our health. The event goes beyond the menu itself, seeking to raise awareness, guide choices, and foster a more responsible food culture.
During the week of April 13–17 in all university canteens in Genoa and Savona:
- Monday through Friday menus with low environmental impact: a wide selection of vegetarian dishes, regional and organic products, and only white meat or fish
- Thursday: 100% meatless menu
