Disability pride Genoa

Saturday, September 27, takes place the Disability Pride Genova 2025, a day dedicated to the rights, inclusion, and empowerment of people with disabilities.

The program includes:

  • 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. | Press conference Sala Trasparenza – Liguria Region, with LIS translation and/or real-time transcription.
  • 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. | Living Books Casa Luzzati, with testimonials and dialogues to promote empathy and understanding.
  • 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. | Disability Pride Parade Departure from Piazza De Ferrari, arrival at Piazzale Mandraccio.

Disability Pride is sponsored by the University of Genoa and supported by the CPO (Comitato per le Pari Opportunità)  and the CUG UniGe: This is an important opportunity to reflect together on the issues of rights and equal opportunities, and to strengthen our university community's commitment to inclusion.
