On Tuesday, January 20, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Palazzo Doria Tursi will host the event “Seismic Risk Prevention Activities in the Municipality of Genoa,” open to anyone interested.

The Municipal Civil Protection Plan will be presented with the new update of the operational plan for seismic and tsunami risks.

UniGe will be represented by Francesco Faccini, Rector's delegate for geological assessments and hydrogeological risk mitigation, and several professors from the Dipartimento di scienze della terra, dell'ambiente e della vita - DISTAV and Dipartimento di ingegneria civile, chimica e ambientale - DICCA.
