Once more, UniGe and Aliseo are participating in Green Food Week, a national initiative dedicated to responsible food consumption.
During the week of April 7–11, in all university canteens in Genoa and Savona:
- Monday through Friday: low-environmental-impact menus featuring a wide selection of vegetarian dishes, regional and organic products, and only white meat or fish
- Thursday: 100% vegan menu

Adopting a more sustainable, plant-based diet is a simple yet effective way to eat healthier and reduce our environmental impact, contributing to the achievement of the 2030 Agenda’s goals regarding climate action, social equity, poverty reduction, health, and well-being.
Green Food Week is an initiative promoted by Andisu (National Association of Organizations for the Right to University Education) and coordinated by Foodinsider.
