With Edunext – Next Education Italia, the University of Genoa is participating in the Digital Education Hub project, funded by the PNRR. The main goal is to create an inter-university network that promotes the development of diverse, inclusive, and innovative educational programs.
A distinctive feature of Next Education Italia is its emphasis on the digitization of education and the implementation of advanced methodologies and technologies in the educational field. For this reason, the courses will be “mixed”: theoretical and conceptual modules provided through interactive videos and remote tutoring, with intensive, practical, in-person laboratory modules featuring exercises, case studies, and concrete activities applying the concepts learned remotely.
The University of Genoa's main contribution to the Edunext project involves two courses characterized by innovation and inspiration from the themes of environmental sustainability.
Bachelor's degree course in Mediterranean Agri-Food Sciences and Cultures.
Offered by the Department of Civil, Chemical, and Environmental Engineering (DICCA) at the University of Genoa, the course aims to provide fundamental technical skills that will enable students to produce innovative foods, while always operating in full compliance with European and international food safety regulations.
Master's degree course in Management for Energy and Environmental Transition
The course, offered by the Department of Economics at the University of Genoa, is taught entirely in English and aims to train future managers and make them experts in energy and ecological transition. The occupational profile is aligned with the new challenges of energy and ecological transition, as defined by European and national strategies.
