The European Researchers' Night, one of the main international events dedicated to dialogue between research and society and promoted by the European Commission as part of the Marie Curie Actions, returns on Friday 26 September 2025.
SHARPER (SHAring Researchers' Passion for Education and Rights) aims to involve citizens in discovering research professions and the role that scientific researchers play in building the future of society. A future that arises from investigating the world based on facts and observations, but also from the ability to adapt and interpret increasingly complex and constantly evolving social and cultural contexts.
SHARPER 2025 in Genoa
For the fifth consecutive year, the Ligurian capital is participating in the European Researchers' Night as the host city for SHARPER.
From the morning, with activities for schools, to the night of Friday 26 September 2025, each of the organisations participating in European Researchers' Night will offer workshops, presentations and guided tours. The complete programme, which is constantly being updated, is available on the SHARPER website.
